Dear Students and Parents,
Ooltewah High School is in the process of finalizing items for your senior and we need your help in asking your student to complete the Ooltewah High School Senior Survey. The data from this survey is used to prepare the Ooltewah High School Report, track trends following post-graduation plans and assist faculty and staff in areas of improvement. If your student plans to attend college, this survey is also used to provide a final transcript to the college or university your student will attend.
Directions to the survey are available at the end of this email and should take your student less than 10 minutes to complete. The deadline to complete the senior survey is Monday, April 24 to ensure your student is able to pick up their cap and gown by May 3 and May 4. Failure to complete the survey by Monday, April 24 will delay your student in picking up their cap and gown. The importance of this survey and directions for accessing the survey was shared with your student on Thursday, April 13 during the senior meeting.
I’m very much hoping you will ask your student to complete this survey to ensure that Ooltewah High School provides the best possible support to students and that we focus our future activities in the right areas. Currently, 45% of seniors have successfully completed the survey.
All survey responses will be maintained as anonymous, and only aggregated responses will be included in the School Report. Please do not hesitate to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions about the survey. Thank you!
