Hello! My name is Kyndall Vaughn, and I'm thrilled to say this is my eighth year teaching high school English. I grew up in Chattanooga, attended Hamilton County schools, and graduated college locally at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education of English degree in 2016, and in 2021, I earned a Masters in Curriculum & Instruction from Western Governors University.
I began my teaching career in the Catoosa County School System. I did an interim position for one semester at a high school there before coming to Ooltewah High School.
This year, I teach ACT Prep, AP Language, and English 11.
Currently, I live in Chattanooga with my dog, Gage. He's almost 12 and perfect.
I enjoy traveling to see Broadway musicals, cooking, trying new restaurants, and taking my dog on adventures.
