ACT Announcements

*The ACT is a graduation requirement, all students must take it prior to graduation. 




ACT Date:
 Wednesday, March 27th

Who: Free for all Juniors

Check-in location & time: Freshman hallway starting at 7:15 am

What students MUST bring: Fully charged chromebook, photo ID

Optional: Snack, drink, and dress in layers in case the testing room is hot or cold.

What NOT to bring: phone, smart watch, any other electronic device. If students have these devices with them they MUST be turned off and stored in a backpack or on the teachers desk.

A calculator will be provided by ACT on the students Chromebook, if students want to bring their own, that is fine too.

Important information being  passed out in Junior homerooms on Tuesday, 3/5/24:

1. MyACT Non-test instructions for students
a. This form has personal information that students NEED to create an ACT account in order
to receive their ACT Score. ACT does
NOT mail scores out to student’s anymore.
Students MUST create an ACT account using this information in order to receive their score.

2.Taking the ACT booklet
a. It contains test prep resources, information about prohibited behaviors/items, score reports, etc. 

3. Permission slips(printed on a bright yellow paper) allow students to leave after testing.
The due date to turn them in to guidance is Tuesday March 19th at 2:15 pm. 

a. Permission forms will NOT be accepted after this date.
and there will be NO dismissals over the phone on test day.
